Roll in circular outwards motions directly under eyes morning and night after cleansing. Next apply the eye pads and leave on for ten minutes. This helps the serum to deeply penetrate the under eye area. After using the eye pads, rinse and place back on cards. Store the eye pads in a tin or container for longevity.
